Join us for seven days, six nights, on a beautiful banana plantation, by the sea in sunny Tenerife. Find rest, relaxation, and connect to who you are, your truth, your satnam once more. Take time for you, to align your energies, and feel into the primal elements so present on Tenerife. Working with the energy of the Goddesses of different wisdom traditions, we dive deep into a different element each day. Aligning the elements to the chakra (energy) centres the week will tune you up from bottom to top.
Return home feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, relaxed, connected, whole and healed.
Villa Perenquen
Beautiful retreat by the sea, on a banana plantation with Balinese design
Relax in your own villa, either a one or two bedroom. Each has its own kitchen, living space and bathroom and sun terrace with sea views.
Walk through the banana trees to the sea, with unspoilt black volcanic beaches and swimming holes dotted along the coastline.
Watch the sunset into the sea behind La Gomera island, whilst practicing yoga on the beach or yoga deck.
Eat delicious vegetarian food designed to support your body as you align yourself with the elements each day.
Sunbathe, read, rest, get a massage, walk to nearby villages, beaches or hike into the hills.

The rooms
Stay in your own unique villa. There are a mix of one and two bedrooms villas and a beach house for single occupancy. Each villa has sea views from the sun terrace and the two bedroom villas have sea views from the rooms. Each villa has its own bathroom and kitchen with lots of teas and fruit to enjoy. Each villa has its own style and artwork from local artists. Stay in your own room in a two bedroom villa, or share a room in a one bed or two bed.
