The Goddess Power Series invoke the archetypes of some of the most important and powerful Goddesses from different wisdom traditions.  The Goddesses will support you to notice patterns, behaviours, beliefs and trauma held in the body, which are common in womxn but which hold us back, hold us down and keep us giving our power away.  This series is specifically designed for womxn to support them to heal from old ways of being which have been placed upon us, and to shine their truth brightly.  To live more powerfully, more authentically, more consciously.

18-19th March: Kali - Create boundaries and honour your sacred 'no'

6-7th May: Isis - Allow yourself to receive as well as give

22-23rd July: Lilleth - Release old negative patterns and self-limiting beliefs

The workshops and retreats will be a mix of kundalini yoga, pranayama, mantra, yoga nidra, sound healing, womb yoga, mindfulness and meditation.  They are all based on my personal experience of identifying how I have given my power away in my life and my journey to heal and reclaim that for myself.  I offer the practices because they work, because they transform and heal.

Make a whole weekend of it and have reiki healing with me on the Saturday morning, unwind in the sauna, walk in the forest or at the sea, or just relax in the grounds of the retreat.  Book a room at the retreat for overnight or two nights, and savour the full experience.  Allow mother nature to heal you.  Just over 2 hours from London, and accessible by train (New Milton) or car, its easy to leave the hustle and bustle of life behind for the weekend and give yourself rest, love, self care and reconnect to you.  On site is the vegan cafe, The Crow Spotter, where you can get lunch if you choose.  The Crow Spotter is providing all food for the retreat.
