Join me for a day all about you.  Leave your day to day responsibilities, facades, roles behind for a day, and come as you are in all your wildness, power and beauty (and tiredness, worn outness, fed upness....and anything else) to nourish and restore your body, your soul, your heart.  We will be tapping into the independence, rawness and power of the ancient Jewish Goddess Lilleth.  The original woman before Eve who refused to submit to Adam, and so was cast out of the Garden of Eden.  

How have you surrendered your independence to fit in?  How have you played small to please others?  How have you conformed to patriarchy, to society and have ended up believing negative things about yourself in order that you can live in the world we have to live in?   How have you created beliefs about yourself that limit you from living your life as fully, as wildly, as truly as you could?   We will explore all of these and more through the lens of Lilleth and see what wisdom, beauty and power she can impart to support us in letting go of outdated negative patterns and self-limiting beliefs so we can live as we intended.  

Come for rest, come for nurture, come to learn, come to let go.  As we move into winter, into Sagittarius season - the season of joy, laughter, excess, merriment.  It's the season of the fire in winter- that candle flame lighting our way in darkness.  Supporting us to shine brightly in the darkness of winter.  It's a time of turning inward and of tending to ourselves.  Allowing things to die back and drawing our energy inwards.   Just before the full moon in Gemini.  The full moon always teaches us about letting go, of releasing, of surrendering.  It's that part of the cycle where we ask ourselves what no longer serves, what needs to be let go, so we can expand into our full selves?  

The yoga garden are some large yurts on the Knepp Castle estate in the middle of the countryside just outside London.  They are fully heated with wood burners to keep us cosy, wood floors and are designed for yoga, meditation and spiritual practice.  Yoga mats, blankets, blocks, bolsters, eye pillows are all provided. There is parking a few minutes from the yurts and the nearest train station is Horsham.  Lifts and transfers can be arranged from the station if needed.  We will also have yummy cake and tea during our afternoon break.  The grounds are beautiful for walking in and there's a lake for wild swimming (if you're brave).  Lunch is not included but please choose to bring your own picnic (there are tables outside, weather permitting) or you can get lunch at nearby garden centres and pubs.  

It is a stunning place for a day retreat and escape to fully restore you and prepare you ahead of the busy Christmas season.  Give yourself the gift of this time as we arrive towards the end of the yea and consider all the year has brought us, all we've learnt, all we've been challenged by, all that has happened and how we want to be in the final part of the year and want to create for the coming year.

£80 for the full day including all practices and workshops, tea, cake and equipment.  If you would like to come and have responsibility to keep the wood fire going, then I can offer one person a place for £70.  Please contact me about this place.  This workshop will be deliberately small numbers in order to support us in going deep in our learning, healing and releasing.
