meditation to open the heart
A short meditation for when you feel your heart is closed, or you have too many emotions and cannot process them. This opens the heart and gives you space to feel what you must and integrate the energies. Uses the mantra 'Sat Kar Tar' in conjunction with arm movements. The meditation is for 3 minutes on the video but can be extended to any time.

A short meditation using a breath in the left nostril and out of the mouth to gain control over your mind. When your mind is running away with you, you feel anxious, panicked, stressed, low, or your mind is doing a million things, this meditation will bring calm, clarity, focus, cooling, relaxing, rejuvenating and the ability to understand what you need to do.
