The divine feminine of mother nature is in all her power and glory through the elements which are so viscerally demonstrated in Tenerife.  The volcanic earth that is black and red, and so fertile that it grows bananas in abundance.  The retreat is right in the middle of a working banana plantation.  The fire and smoke of the volcano, showing the power of mother nature.  The water of the seas, sometimes tranquil, sometimes more choppy, flowing, shifting, expanding, contracting.  And the gentle winds which cool the island and give it a moderate warm climate all year round.  

Rest, recentre, come home to yourself on the south west of Tenerife, on the coast, in a banana plantation, where you walk directly to black sand beaches and the rocky coast.  Watch the sunset into the sea behind La Gomera island on your own sunny terrace.  Practice yoga (kundalini, yin, nidra, yoni shakti), meditation, mantra, pranayama, sound healing, amongst the banana trees in a Balinese inspired shala, or on the beach in the morning and evenings.  With time for rest, reading, sunbathing, swimming, individual massages and energy healing treatments, walks on the beach or along the coast during the day.  Connect to nature, connect to yourself, connect to others and feel rested, rejuventated, restored.  

Eat delicious vegetarian and vegan food, prepared from locally sourced mostly organic fresh, natural and unprocessed ingredients.  Lovingly prepared by Daniela, an experienced chef who combines traditional chinese medicine practices with food nutrition.  There will be two plentiful and delicious meals of brunch and dinner a day.  Fruit will be available all day long and you are free to take extra from brunch for the day.  Or sample the local cuisine available in the nearby towns for lunch.  

Stay in villas of two bedrooms or one bedroom.  Each villa has its own kitchen for fruit, teas and juices all day long and it's own bathroom.  The two bedroom villas have sea view terraces.  The one bedrooms have roof terraces.   Choose to share a room with a friend or someone you'll become friends with during the week; for greater connection and affordability.  Or choose your own room for more space and privacy.  

The cost is fully inclusive of accommodation, food, drinks and snacks, all yoga and meditation practices.  Does not include travel, optional additional food (eg lunch), optional individual healing treatments (eg massage).
