75 minutes for you to connect in with you. Time for you. Kundalini yoga is a strong and powerful yoga whch works on our nervous and glandular systems to enable us to have strength to deal with the stresses in life, especially at times of uncertainty and challenge. Class includes a physical yoga practice followed by meditation.
You will need a yoga mat or towel, a glass of water, a blanket and a cushion or block or other prop to sit for comfort
