We'll come together in this beautiful yurt, set in the grounds of Knepps Castle, by a river and surrounded by nature.  The yurt is warmed with a wood fire burner, and is fully equipped with mats, bolsters, blankets, straps and blocks to support our practices.  

This workshop is focusing on grounding and centering, connecting to the earth, to nature, and leaning into the cycles of Spring, as nature begins to awaken and blossom.  Working with these cycles we'll connect to our own sense of creativity, nurturing and blossoming, from a grounded, secure space within ourselves.  

There will be a mix of practices incorporating kundalini yoga, yoga nidra, pranayama and mindfulness.  We'll end with some delicious vegan and gluten free cake and tea.  

There's plenty of on-site parking and the nearest train station is Horsham.  A shuttle can be arranged from the station to the venue and back if there are sufficient people coming by train.  Or I can pick you up.  Just an hour outside of London and yet a world away in the gorgeous countryside.  

You can make a day of it by coming early.  I'm offering reiki healing sessions in therapy tent in the morning (9.15am - 1pm) for £50 per session.  You can also wild swim in the river, take one of the many walking trails on the grounds, or go horse riding at the next door stables.   Lunch is available at The Crown Inn in Dial Post or the Spring Gardens farm shop and cafe, which isn't far away.  Spend the day nurturing yourself and connecting with nature and return home restored, rejuvenated and connected to your inner calm.
