Take a moment for yourself mid week to come into your body, dance through whatever is coming up for you and then drop into deep rest and stillness with yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is so beneficial for creativity and healing, to helping our nervous systems to reset and calm, and aiding us in having better and deeper sleep. Dancing is a great way to get out of your head and into your body, to feel what is going on for you in your body, and to dance through whatever is coming up for you in that moment. We don't have to analayse it, understand it, work with it...we can just dance with it. Dance helps the nervous system to complete stress cycles by mimicking the shaking off the nerves need to come back to rest. We can allow our daily frustrations, tensions, stress, worries, and anxieties to be moved through us though dance, and then come down into stillness to allow the body to really drop into rest and regeneration. These classes won't be recorded. They're live on zoom and so you have to attend to benefit from them. They're an hour long, intended to prepare you for sleep later in the evening. £10 drop in, or get a class pass for any 5 classes in a 2 month period for £40, saving you the cost of one class.
