Service Description

60 minutes of energy healing with the Japanese Usui reiki method. This is totally hands off, although if in person my hands will hover above you. Reiki can also be done in a distance session where I send you a playlist and you can be in the comfort of your own home. The choice is yours. In person in my sanctuary space, or in the comfort of your own home. The session is the same. I also use crystals and atune to the energies in your chakras (energy centres). Reiki is great for shifting energies, understanding where energy might stuck, seeing any old patterns or problems including ancestral or past life; healing physical pain, helping you to relax, find calm and de-stress.
