Service Description

We come back to daily morning meditation in July with the new moon in Cancer. This watery sign which is connected with the moon is associated with our sesne of home, belonging, our unconscious and emotions. At this point in the zodiac cycle we begin to see the emergence of all we've been nurturing and growing since the Aries new moon in March. We will meditate daily to the full moon in Capricorn. This axis is known as the mother-father axis, so often our primary, deep, or core relationships come up for evaluation, review, and our own relationship to ourselves. By starting the day with meditation, it sets you up for the day and creates a place of stillness, connection, bliss, joy and beauty before the day begins and the world crowds in. It connects you to this place so you can more easily return to it in the busyness of the day. This series starts at 6.30am on Monday 17th July and runs to Monday 31st July. This is still 11 days of meditation for each weekday morning and we will cover both the new and full moon days with this meditation. We'll meditate for 11 minutes each weekday with this powerful mantra, after some gentle movement of the body, supporting us through these very intense and challenging times at the moment (you only have to look outside and know that's the case these days!). There will be replays of each session available if you miss a session or want to continue with the practice beyond the full moon, and on weekends.
