Service Description

A short online lunch time class series for 6 weeks of yoga nidra for focus, energy, rejuvenation to help you reset, find calm, connection and recentre for your day, your week and all you need to do. Class will start with some movement to allow us to go deeper into yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is 'yogic sleep', although the intention is to not actually sleep but to be in the liminal space between waking and sleeping. This is a very healing, restoring, balancing, soothing state and is really beneficial for balancing the nervous system and all it's connected systems in the body to make you more alert, more energised, more focused, more centred. We will end with some balancing and energising breathwork so you can go back to your day feeling restored, rejuvenated and ready to tackle all you need to do. You can choose to book the whole 6 week series at a discounted rate of £42 or pay for classes individually at £10 per session.
