Service Description
This five-week series we will be connecting with our heart centres more deeply and allowing what is here to arise. Our hearts are the seat of our knowledge and it's now known that beyond our brains there's also the 'gut brain' and the 'heart brain' that all operate semi independently. There is so much wisdom here in our bodies and our hearts are the centre of that. However, in life things happen that cause our hearts to close down. Things that cause pain, heartbreak, heartache, loss, grief, trauma. And our hearts close to protect us. And this is a natural part of life because we all go through these cycles of contraction and expansion. Sometimes, though, we can get stuck with a closed heart and it can be difficult to reconnect to others, reopen our heart, and to see the possibilities, the opportunities and the magic all around us. There is a lot going on right now in the world and in our own lives all of which may cause us to close down. This series is about leaning into all of that, connecting to the knowledge at our hearts, and our embodied wisdom to honour all that is here within us. And then to see where the possibilities may lie for opening up, even just a little, if that feels safe. 5 weeks, every Monday evening 7pm for 90 minutes. Weaving kundalini yoga with buddhist meditation, mindfulness, mantra, yoga nidra, dancing and other practices which support and inspire me. This will be the last series before July because I will be away at festivals and on retreat for the whole of June. "Thank you for the amazing aura session yesterday. I would like to sign up to the whole course" "I really enjoyed the session last night and slept without waking once...the first time in a while. Feel a bit more at peace with myself.
